Human Resources – Recruiter
An independent contractor is needed to screen and interview executive level parties. Require at least five years HR background.
If you currently have another position, or you are also seeking other full time work, you can work with us after business hours. Candidates might best be reached at home during these hours.
You’ll be given different projects, on a case by case basis. This work is part time. In future, this may lead to full time work if mutually desired.
Finances: You are paid hourly, versus the standard HR industry commission based on one year’s salary of the party hired. Simply bill us the number of hours worked per project. Should work hours exceed your earlier estimate, then get permission from us to continue on that project.
